This Wimbledon project involved a complete transformation of a period property, combining a rear extension with a full internal renovation and external landscaping works.

At the rear, we constructed a full-width extension with large sliding glazed doors, opening the house into a bright, open-plan kitchen and dining space. Structural alterations allowed for improved ceiling heights, integrated lighting details, and seamless flow between interior and garden. The kitchen area was completed with bespoke cabinetry, stone finishes, and carefully positioned feature lighting.

Inside the property, we carried out a full refurbishment including custom wall panelling, staircase upgrades, new flooring throughout, and detailed carpentry. The loft level was reconfigured to maximise space under the pitched roof, incorporating bespoke fitted wardrobes and a custom-built shelving unit with integrated LED lighting.

Bathrooms were finished with marble tiling, hexagonal floor details and concealed lighting, maintaining a clean and refined finish.

Externally, the project included a newly tiled Victorian-style front pathway, brickwork restoration, garden redesign with timber fencing, integrated lighting, paving, planting, and lawn installation — creating a functional and visually balanced outdoor space.

The result is a cohesive renovation that respects the character of the original house while delivering modern living standards throughout.
