Nordic Partners Group completed a full internal renovation of a period property in Richmond, Kew Gardens, combining modern building systems with carefully restored traditional features.
The project included the installation of underfloor heating, full flooring replacement, bespoke built-in joinery, custom cabinetry, and a complete reconfiguration of internal spaces. Original elements such as staircases and architectural details were restored and refinished to preserve the character of the property, while new lighting and finishes were introduced to enhance comfort and functionality.
